Refund policy
Due to the hygienic nature of DRII FOR MEN, we only accept returns on boxes that meet all of the following conditions:
Unused and unopened
In original packaging
In resalable condition
Proof of purchase provided
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Opened or used boxes cannot be returned.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
